Yes — online consultations are fully available. You submit your documents in advance, and we schedule a call at a time that suits you. This is the most common way our international clients engage with us, and the process is just as thorough as an in-person meeting.
How long does an insurance review take?
The initial consultation is approximately one hour. After that, we spend 2–3 days reviewing your policies in detail. We then schedule a second call — typically 60–90 minutes — to present our findings, explain your current coverage, and walk through our recommendations.
Who can use this service?
Our insurance consulting service is exclusively available to corporate companies in Japan. We do not currently offer individual-only insurance consulting outside of our Medical and Expat service packages.
What documents do I need to prepare?
